Background
This was intended as a tease (What is the confession?), which turns out to be a joke. It begins as some sort of a Public Service Announcement and then it turns at the end.
BJ shot this in his office, but it looks like a studio. He had a wall about a foot behind him and I managed to capture very little shadow on the wall.
However, I needed to eliminate all shadows to create the illusion that he's in a studio setting. I covered remaining shadows by duplicating all the "confession" shots in Premiere.
I then used cropped parts of the second layer shots and positioned over the shadow sections of the first layer shots. I adjusted the brightness of the cropped parts to match the sections they would be replacing.
I also blurred the edges and managed to create the effect that BJ was in a studio as opposed to a corner of his office with a wall right behind him.
